It was a choppy two sided trade on this last trading day of the week. Firm nearby US cash soybean basis helped soybeans. Talk that China and maybe Europe were active buyers of US soybeans this week and a positive tilt to outside markets supported soybeans. Better economic news today with unemployment dropping 8.3%, employers adding 243,000 jobs.
